Long compress in hemp and organic cotton

The Amma Thérapie long compress is remarkably versatile and suitable for family use. Thanks to its elongated and sectioned shape, it can be applied to any part of the body to effectively relieve various ailments such as muscle stiffness, stomach aches, injuries, migraines, and even arthritis. Manual :

There HOT therapy releases muscle tension, promotes vascularization, relieves stomach aches, and helps with relaxation and breastfeeding.

Microwave: Place the cushion on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the cushion for approximately 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.

Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the cushion on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Heat the cushion for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.

ATTENTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the cushion by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to reheat the cushion again while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 years old unsupervised with a cushion.

Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.
